Price match promise
At Galaxyfares.com, we strive to offer the best value for your travel experience. Our Price Match Promise ensures that if you find the same holiday package at a lower price elsewhere, we will match it, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
The price match applies to identical packages, including the same airline, flight class, hotel, room type, board basis, and travel dates.
The lower price must be available for booking at the time of the price match request.
2. How to Request a Price Match
You must submit a request within 24 hours of booking with us.
Provide proof of the lower price, including the competitor’s website link, a screenshot, or written confirmation from the competitor.
The lower-priced package must be available to the general public and not be part of a membership discount or special offer.
3. Exclusions
Prices from auction sites, flash sales, or promotional vouchers are not eligible.
Prices affected by currency fluctuations are not considered for matching.
Offers including added value services such as free meals, upgrades, or additional perks are excluded.
4. Refund Process
If eligible, we will refund the difference in price within 7 working days.
Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
5. Changes to the Policy
Galaxyfares.com reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
